Cycling Coaching
A USA Cycling Certified cycling coach will design an individualized cycling performance plan for you to meet your cycling goals by taking into account your current fitness level, experience, as well as your planned race schedule. You no longer have to wonder, alone, if you are doing too much or too little training. You can choose from seasonal, monthly or weekly training plans with as little or as much interaction as you need from your coach. No “cookie cutter”, computer generated workout plans are used.
Triathlon Coaching
Similar to the cycling coaching above, but this time your coach is a USA Triathlon certified coach that will customize your training to fit your busy lifestyle and make your training effective without burnout or overtraining. Your plan will improve your performance as a triathlete or duathlete.
Massage Therapy
After your training is done for the day, maximize your recuperation by taking advantage of massage therapy’s benefits. Massage therapy will relax tension and tightness in exercised muscles, eliminate toxins that accumulate from training, improve circulation reduce recovery time and help prevent injuries. Sessions can be scheduled at your home or at private studio.
